When will my order be shipped?
Since all items are handmade and made-to-order, please allow up to 4 weeks for creation time! Sometimes it takes less time, depending on the volume of orders. This doesn't include delivery time. I'll be working as fast as I can to get them ready to send them your way! 

How long will it take for my orders to be delivered?
Typically, domestic orders from the States take 5-7 business days to arrive depending on where the parcel is going.
For international orders, it may take up to 3-4 weeks or more to arrive.
*please note that these are estimates, and delivery times could experience some delays depending on your location and holiday-related delays!

Are you taking custom made-to-order requests?
No - I am not taking customisation requests at this time.

Returns?
For one-of-a-kind goods that may get lost in transit or damaged, I unfortunately can't offer refunds. However, if you're unhappy about your item after receiving it, please let me know asap, so we can arrange something.
